Privacy at Avorlume

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Avorlume is an independent digital and technology practice operated by Mansoor Ijaz from Pakistan. This notice explains the information involved when you contact us through the website or by email.

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business name, type of service and project description. Please avoid sending financial information, passwords, health information or other sensitive details in the form.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, evaluate whether we can help and retain relevant business correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Form processing and email

The optional project enquiry form uses FormSubmit, a third-party form submission service, to deliver requests to hello@avorlume.com, which is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. Submission data can therefore be processed by providers outside Australia. Form delivery is awaiting verification; please contact us directly by email for time-sensitive enquiries. FormSubmit may present a Google reCAPTCHA check to prevent automated spam. Using that check involves processing technical information by Google.

Provider information: FormSubmit privacy policy, Google privacy policy, and Namecheap privacy policy.

Storage and security

We apply reasonable access controls to business correspondence, but no internet transfer is entirely risk-free. We retain messages for as long as needed to respond, handle business records and meet legal obligations, then delete them when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information where applicable by emailing hello@avorlume.com. You can ask us not to contact you further.

Interactive demonstration

The optional request-workflow demonstration uses fictional data in your browser. Its buttons do not send enquiries, create CRM records or store changes after you reload the page.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not intentionally install marketing trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Your browser or the hosting infrastructure may still process technical requests to deliver the site.

Changes

We will update this page if our services, form provider or information-handling practices change.
